plot costs:3, 60,000

real price of 1/3 rd of plot =360000÷3=1,20,000

he sold it for 20 % loss = 20÷100 ×(120000)=₹24000 loss

therefore he sold 1/3 at= 1,20,000-24000=96,000

he sold 2/3 of plot at 25 %profit loss

real price of 2/3 = 3,60,000-120000

=2,40,000

25% profit=25÷100×240000=60,000

he incurred loss of 24000 and gained profit of 60000

so overall he got a profit of 36000

overall profit%=36000÷360000×100

=10%

HE HAS ALREADY SOLD ALL OF HIS PLOT AND ALSO GAINED A PROFIT OF 10% ON WHOLE.
