One third price of land=72000/3=24000
20% loss=(20*24000)/100=4800
one third plot sell at=24000-4800=19200
2/5 th price of plot=(72000*2)/5=28800
2/5th part of land sell at=28800+25% of 28800= 28800+8640=37440
let he sold remainung part at Rs x
total selling price=19200+37440+x=56640+x
10%profit on 72000=7200
total selling price=72000+7200=79200
79209=56640+x
x=22560
