Buying price= Rs 250

Repairing Price= Rs 10

Finally, The cost price= Rs (250+10)= Rs 260

Selling Price= Rs 300

Profit gained= Rs(300-260)= Rs40

Profit Percentage= ((40/260)*100)= (0.1538*100)=15.38= 15%

cost of watch=250
spend money on it=10
total cost of watch=260

selling price of watch=300

profit percent=profit/cost price×100

profit=sp-cp
=300-260
=40

profit percent=40/260×100
=8.69%

rayGlowin: how did you get 8.69 from 40/260*100??
