cp = 360000 rs
To gain 10% on the whole
sp =110% of 360000=396000 rs
let the plot is of x unit
he sells x/3 at loss 20%
so sp of x/3 unit is =80% of (360000/3)=96000 rs
left plot is (x-x/3)=2x/3 unit
again he sells 2/3 of 2x/3=4x/9 at profit 25%
so sp of 4x/9 unit =125% of (360000*4/9)=200000 rs
so total sp = 96000+200000=296000 rs
so he has to sell the remaining part of the plot at rs (396000-296000)=100000 rs to gain 10% on the whole
