$\frac{1}{4} \times 45000 = 11250$
Cp=11250
profit=2℅
$sp = \frac{100 + profit}{100} \times cp \\ sp = \frac{100 + 2}{100} \times 11250 \\ = \frac{102}{100} \times 11250 \\ = 11475$
Next,he sell1/6th part of it at profit 5℅
$\frac{1}{6 } \times 45000 = 7500$
Cp=7500
Profile=5℅

$sp = \frac{105}{100} \times 7500 = 7875$
Then,he sell1/3rd part of it at loss 3℅
$= \frac{1}{3} \times 45000 = 15000$
Cp=15000
loss=3℅

$sp = \frac{97}{100} \times 15000 = 14550$
Remain part=45000-33750=11250

He sold remain part at profit of10℅
Cp=11250
profit=10℅

$sp = \frac{110}{100} \times 11250 = 12375$
Now,
Total Cp=45000
Total Sp=11475+7875+14550+12375=46275

Gain =SP-CP
46275-45000
=1275
