gain percent=15

Therefore SP=100+gain percent/100×CP

SP=100+15/100×1360

SP=115/10×136

SP=15640/10

SP=1564

Therefore SP=1564

Second bat:

CP=1040

loss percent=15

Therefore SP=100-loss percent/100×CP

SP=100-15/100×1040

SP=85/100×1040

SP=85/10×104

SP=8840/10

SP=884

Therefore SP=884

Total CP=1360+1040=2400

Total SP=1564+884=2448

Therefore loss=SP-CP

=2448-2400=48

Therefore loss percent=loss/CP×100

=48/2400×100

=48/24

=2 percent

Therefore loss percent =2 percent
