Answer:

2:3

Step-by-step explanation:

Let say cost Price of one watch = Rs C

then cost price of another watch = Rs 4000 - C

Profit on one watch = 13 %

13 % Profit = (13/100) C = 0.13C

Profit on second watch = 18%

18% Profit =  (18/100)(4000 - C) = 720 - 0.18C

Total cost Price = Rs 4000

Total profit = 16%

16% Profit = (16/100) * 4000 = Rs 640

13 % profit on one + 18% profit on other = 16% profit on total

0.13 C +  720 - 0.18C = 640

=> 80 = 0.05C

=> C = 1600

Cost Price of one watch = Rs 1600

Cost Price of other watch = 4000 - 1600 = Rs 2400

Ratio of cost price of watches

1600 : 2400

2:3
