A man can walk the entire boundary of a park
measuring 3 km in 30 minutes. He reaches his
office from home by cycling for one hour and fifteen
minutes. If he can cycle twice as fast as he can walk,
what is the distance of his office from his home?​

So the time in which the man walks 1km = 30min/3km = 10 mins

Cycling Time = Half the time of walking

So he can cycle 1km in = 10/2 = 5 mins .

So if he cycles for 1 hour 15 mins ( 75 mins ) , the distance travelled = 75/5 = 15 km.

So 15 km is the distance between his home and office .
