Solution :-

  • \sf m_t = 50 kg
  • \sf h = 40 m
  • \sf P = 1568 W
  • \sf g = 10 m/s^2
  • \sf m = m_L + m_m

Substituting the value in formula :-

\sf P = \frac{mgt}{t}

\sf 1568 =  \frac{(50 + m_m) \times 10 \times 40}{25}

\sf = 1568 = (50 + m_m)16

\sf = m_m + 50 = 98

\sf = m_m = 90 - 58

\sf = m_m = 48
