I'll calculate power from the difference in potential energy.

Potential energy= mass x height difference x earth gravity = m* Δh*g

mass=25kg

height Δ= 10m

time =50s

potential energy is thus 25kg*10m*9.807 m/s2 = 2451.75 J

Power is work/energy divided by time

so P=2451.75 J/50s =49W
