Given,

A man carrying a body of 50 kg weight is moving on the earth in horizontal direction. Find, How much work will be done by the man on the body in travelling 1 km

Solution,

Work Force x displacement 490.5

Force = mg = 50 x 9.81 = Displacement = 1 km

Work 490.5 x 1000 m

Work = 490500 joule

Hence answer is 490500 joule
