height(h)=8.4 metres

gravitation(g)=9.8m/s square

P.E.=4620 J

m=?

potential energy =mgh

4620=m*9.8*8.4

m=4620/82.32

m=56.12 kg

hence the mass of the object or body is 56.12 kg

Let the man's mass be m kg.

Work done= mgh

mgh=4620

8.4*10m=4620

84 m= 4620

m= 4620/84= 55 kg
