HERE'S THE ANSWER..

♠️ Let the distance covered by foot be ( x )

⏺️ Total distance = 24 Km

✔️ Distance covered by bicycle = ( 24 - x )

⏺️ Walk speed = 4.5 Km / h

⏺️ bicycle speed = 10 Km / h

▶️ Time taken to walk x Km with speed of 4.5 Km / h

=> Time = Distance / speed

=> Time = x / 4.5

▶️ Time taken to walk ( x - 24 Km ) with speed of 10 Km / h

=> Time = Distance / speed

=> Time = ( x - 24 ) / 10

♠️ Total time during whole journey 7 / 2 hours

=> time of walk + time by bicycle = toatal time

=> x / 4.5 + ( x - 24 ) / 10 = 7 / 2

⏺️ Multiplying 90 on both sides , to make it simple

=> 9 [ x / 4.5 + ( x - 24 ) / 10 ] = 90 × 7 / 2

=> 20 x + 216 - 9 x = 315

=> 11 x = 315 - 216

=> 11 x = 99

=> \boxed{x \:= \:9 \: Km }

♠️ Distance traveled by foot is 11 Km and by bicycle is ( 24 - x = 24 - = 15 Km )

distance covered by foot =x
_________________ bicycle = 24-x

x/4.5 + 24-x /10 = 3.5
11x= 99

x= 9km
