Heya !!!

Let present age of son be X years.

Age of father = 5X years.

After 6 years age of son = ( X + 6 ) years

After 6 years age of father = ( 5X + 6 ) year's.

According to question,

( 5X + 6 ) = 3 ( X + 6 )

5X + 6 = 3X + 18

5X - 3X = 18 - 6

2X = 12

X = 12/2 = 6 years.

Present age of son = X = 6 years.

And,

Present age of father = 5X = 5 × 6 = 30 years.

A/q

( 5x + 6 ) = 3 ( x + 6 )

=> 5x + 6 = 3x + 18

=> 5x - 3x = 18 - 6

=> 2x = 12

=> x = 12 / 2

=> x = 6 years

Present age of son = x = 6 years

Present age of father = 5x = 5 × 6 = 30 years
