Here P=25000, T or n=2, R=6%, i=6/100=.06
Incase of Simple Interest
S.I=PTR/100
=(25,000×2×6)/100
=Rs3000
In case of Compound Interest
C.I=P(1+I)ⁿ -1
=25,000[(1+.06)²-1]
=25,000[(1.06)²-1]
=25,000(1.1236-1)
=25,000×.1236
=Rs3090
