The bank will pay the interest of a

\large\leadsto\boxed{\tt\purple{Rs. \: 3000} }

Given:-

  • A man deposits Rs. 25000 in bank.
  • Time = 2 years
  • Rate = 6% p.a

ToFind:-

Interest to be payed by the bank.

Solution:-

We know,

\large\underline{\boxed{\bf\red{S.I = \dfrac{P \times R \times T}{100}}}}

where,

  • S.I = Simple Interest
  • P = Principal amount
  • R = Rate

• Substituting in the Formula:-

\sf S.I = \dfrac{25000 \times 6 \times 2}{100}

\sf S.I = 250 \times 6 \times 2 \\ S.I=250×6×2

\sf S.I = 250 \times 12

\large{\bf\pink{S.I = 3000}}

Therefore,the total amount he will get will be:-

⛧ PRINCIPAL + INTEREST

\sf 25000 + 3000

\large{\bf\orange{Rs. \: 28000}}

Hence, the bank will pay him interest of Rs. 3000 and the total amount will be Rs. 28000.

Thanks!
