For obtaining each time the red ball -

If we obtain 1 red ball for 45 Rupees

then 3 red balls will be  = 45×3 = 135

For obtaining each time the green balls -

If we obtain 1 green ball  for 24 Rupees

then 4 green balls will be. = 24×4 = 96

= 45×3 + 24×4

= 135 + 96

= 231

he will spend Rs 231 for obtaining balls.
