This happens due to inertia
First learn what inertia is ,it is the tendency of an object to remain in its state of rest or of uniform motion in a straight line .
So when we get into an accident the car slows and we were before the accident in uniform motion so our body tends to be in uniform motion so we get thrown out of the front glass.

Preventing accidents is easy when you know what to do.
1. Develop the right attitude about driving.
2. Get as much supervised practice driving as possible.
3. ALWAYS wear your safety belt.
4. Underage drinking and drug use is illegal.
5. Limit your passengers.
6. Limit your night driving.
7. Keep it slow and safe for starters.
