Usual time taken will be 60 minutes

Explanation:

Let the old speed of the man is v_{old}

According to question new speed v_{new}=\frac{2}{3}v_{old}

\frac{v_{old}}{v_{new}}=\frac{3}{2}

As we know that velocity is inversely proportional to the time taken

So \frac{t_{old}}{t_{new}}=\frac{2}{3}-----eqn 1

Now it is given that he reach the destination 30 minutes later

Means difference between old time and new time is 30 minutes

From equation 1 difference of time is 1

As 1 is equal to 30 minutes

So 2 will be equal to 60 minutes

So usual time will be equal to 60 minutes
