ke = 10 \times 10 \times 5 = 500j
 \frac{1}{2} m {v}^{2}  = mgh \\  {v }^{2}  = 1000 \\ v =  \sqrt{1000 }   \\ v = 10 \sqrt{10} m {s}^{ - 2}
