We can simply solve the above problem as follows

Total income of the man = ₹39000

Amount of spent on food =

$\frac{3}{13} \times 39000 = ₹9000$

Amount left = 39000-9000= ₹30,000

Amount spent of education = 5/12th of the remaining Amount

Amount spent of education =

$\frac{5}{12} \times 30000 =12500$

Amount left = 30000-12500 = ₹17,500

Amount spent on house rent = 12/25th of the remaining Amount.

Amount spent on education =

$\frac{12}{25} \times 17500 = 8400$

Amount left = 17500-8400 = ₹9,100
