The Final Amount Of Money Left With The Man Is ₹9,100

GIVEN

Total earning = ₹39000

Spent on food = 3/13th of the income

spent on education = 5/12th of the remaining income

spent on house rent = 12/25th of the remaining income

TO FIND

Amount of money saved.

SOLUTION

We can simply solve the above problem as follows

Total income of the man = ₹39000

Amount of spent on food =

 \frac{3}{13} \times 39000 = ₹9000

Amount left = 39000-9000= ₹30,000

Amount spent of education = 5/12th of the remaining Amount

Amount spent of education =

 \frac{5}{12} \times 30000 =12500

Amount left = 30000-12500 = ₹17,500

Amount spent on house rent = 12/25th of the remaining Amount.

Amount spent on education =

 \frac{12}{25} \times 17500 = 8400

Amount left = 17500-8400 = ₹9,100

Hence, the final amount of money left with the man is ₹9,100
