Step-by-step explanation:

g=GM/R^2

=9.8 m/s^2

v^2=u^2+2gh

=0+2(9.8)(30)

v^2=588

On taking square root on both sides.

v=24.25 m/s.

The speed of man falling will be 24.25 m/s.

(The body of man and building is 6m away means he jumps such that ,when he falls he will fall 6m away from building.)(This will anyhow not affect the falling speed of the man)
