Solution:-

Let consider A man had x rupees.

$\: \: \sf \: total \: spent \: money = \frac{2}{15} of \: x + \frac{3}{10} of \: x \\ \\ \: \: \sf \: = \frac{2x}{15} + \frac{3x}{10} = \frac{13x}{30}$

He had left money = x- 13x/30

= 30x -13x/30

= 17x/30

According to the question,

$\: \: \sf \: \frac{17x}{30} = 34 \\ \\ \: \: \sf \: x = \frac{34 \times 30}{17} = 60 \: rupees$
