A man gives away 2/7 of his property to his son and 2/5 of the remainder to his daughter. The remaining property goes to his wife. Find the share of the property of the wife.​

let x be the total amount that father distribute 1/2 to wife,1/3 to son and 5000rs to daughter

that means  

x=1/2x+1/3x+5000

5x+30000=6x

x=30000

wife's share = 1/2 x =15000

son's share =1/3 x =10000
