Distance travelled in East direction :- 10 m

Distance travelled from east to North :- 24 m

Let the distance between the initial and final position be :- x

Since, it is forming a right triangle shape

∴ (H)² = (P)² + (B)²

=> (24)² = (P)² + (10)²

=> 576 = (P)² + 100

=> (P)² = 576 + 100

=> (P)² = 676

=> P = √676 m

=> P = 26m

So, distance between the initial and final positions is 26m
