Now , Speed = Distance / Time

      => Distance = Speed * Time

   Avg speed = Total Distance / Total time

=> Total Distance = Avg speed / Total time

Avg or mean speed  = 3.5+7 / 2 = 10.5 / 2

  Tot. dist. = (10.5/2) * 6 = 10.5*3  = 31.5

Now distance between 2 village = 31.5 / 2 = 15. 75 km
