since the lift is moving up ward resultant is more towards ie as moving up ward resultant is more than down ward force mg since lift is in uniform acceleration the man turn down

it is because of the pseudo force

as the lift is accelerating upward then a downward pseudo force acts on the man and due to this force he turns downwards....
