Solution :-

Eggs bought = 2 1/2 dozen =

 5/2 dozen

Cost price of eggs = Rs. 22 3/4 per dozen

= Rs. 91/4 dozen

Total money spent = Rs. (91/4)*(5/2)

⇒ Rs. 455/8

⇒ Rs. 56.875

So, total money spent on eggs is Rs. 56.875

Money left with the man = 90 - 56.875

= Rs. 33.125

So, Rs. 33.125 left with the man.

Given conditions ⇒
Numbers of the Dozen Eggs brought by the man = 2 \frac{1}{2}
= 5/2 Dozen eggs.

Price of the 1 dozens egg = Rs. 22 \frac{3}{4}
= Rs. 91/4
= Rs.

∴ Total Price paid by the man = 5/2 × 91/4
 = Rs. 455/8

The Money left with the men =  90 - 455/8
= (720 - 455)/8
= 265/8
= Rs. 33.125

Hence, the money left with the man is Rs. 33.125

Hope it helps.
