let each person gets rice=x kg
he keeps rice=1/10×200/3=20/3
20/3+6x=200/3
6x=200/3-20/3
6x=180/3
x=10 kg
each person gets rice= 10 kg
he keeps rice=1/10×200/3=20/3

6x=180/3
x=10 kg
