assume belt =x
Handkerchief =y
=x=40-y
(x-5)+(y+5)=x-5+4(x-5)
(y+5)+4(40-y-5)
y+5=160-4y-20
y=140-5-4y
y=135
4+4y=135
5y=135
y=135/5=27
40-27=x
x=13
