Solution :-
Let us assume that, the number of coins of each denomination are equal to x .
So,
→ Coins of Rs. 1 = x
→ Total amount = 1 * x = Rs. x
and,
→ Coins of Rs. 5 = x
→ Total amount = 5 * x = Rs. 5x
and,
→ Coins of Rs. 10 = x
→ Total amount = 10 * x = Rs. 10x
then,
→ Total amount = Rs. 900
→ x + 5x + 10x = 900
→ 16x = 900
→ x = 56.25
since number of coins is not a integer value , given data is incorrect .
if we take x = 56
→ Total amount = 1 * 56 + 5 * 56 + 10 * 56 = Rs.896
if take x = 57
→ Total amount = 1 * 57 + 5 * 57 + 10 * 57 = Rs. 912
