A man in a balloon rising vertically with an acceleration of 4.9m/s release a ball 2 second after the balloon is let go from the ground. The greatest height above the ground reached by the ball is (g=9.8m/s^2)

Explanation:

after 2 sec balloon will reach height

4.9+9.8=14.7

now the ball gets intial velocity same as balloon

u=9.8 m/s

which will go 9.8 meter more up as g=9.8

so

H max= 14.7+9.8

I did it logically u can do it by kinematic equation
