for company A
invest=x
d%=15%
N.V=rs 100
M.V.=100-20=rs80
no of shares=invest /M.V
x/80
income=x/80×15%×100
3x/16

now for company B
invest=x
N.V.=rs 25
M.V.=25+(20/100)×25
rs30
no of shares=x/30
Income=x/30*d%*25
xd/120

now A.I is equal of both companies
3x/16=xd/120
d =22.5%
