A man invests 20,020 in buying shares having a nominal value of 26 at a premium of 2. The
dividend on the shares is 10% p.a. Calculate:
(i) The number of shares he buys.
(ii) The annual dividend he receives.
(iii) His percentage returns on his investment.​

MV is 26+ 2 = 28

no of shares = 20020/28= 715

annual dividend is (715×36×10)/100= 1859

return Percentage is 1859/20020×100= 9.28%
