Face value = ₹ 75

Premium % = 12%

Premium = 12/100*75

= ₹ 9

Market value = ₹ 75 + 9

= ₹ 84

1) Investment = n* mv

= 600*84

= ₹ 50400

2) Annual Income = n*Fv*d%/100

= 600*75*10/100

= ₹ 4500

3) Rate of return = Annual income / Investment*100

= 4500/50400*100

= 8.9%
