Its possible because his birthday is on 29th Feb.
As we know only leap year that comes one in 4 yrs has 29th Feb.
If he is 24 now ...
He only had 6 birthdays
24/4 = 6

It is possible!!..anyone can give the ans if he/she thinks a little bit..
The birthday of man is 29th feb... and till now he was celebrating his bday on every 4th year(leap year)..so eventually he has only 6 birthdays..
