Step-by-step explanation:

let the age of man be x

so the age of the man = X + 24

after 2 years the age of men = X + 24 + 2

=X + 26

and the age of the son =X + 2

now according to question

x+26=2(x+2)

X + 26 =2x + 4

x-2 x =4-26

-x =-22

x=22

hence the present age of his son =22

Then, Mans present age will be (x + 24) years.

According to Question :

➳ x + 24 + 2 = 2(x + 2)

➳ x + 26 = 2x + 4

➳ 26 - 4 = 2x - x

➳ x = 22 years
