Answer:

Let the present age of the man's son be x years.

Then,the man's present age will be (x + 28) years.

After ten years,

Son's age = (x + 10) years.

Man's age = (x+28+10)years.

According to the question,

(x+38)=3(x+10)

=>x+38=3x+30

=>38-30=3x-x

=>8 = 2x

=>8/2 = x

=> x = 4

Therefore,the present age of Son = 4

And the present age of the man = 4+28 = 32
