let the age of man is x years
age is his son is y years.
x = y + 24 \\ x - y = 24 \:  \:  \:  \: eq1 \\ x + 2 = 2(y + 2) \\ x + 2 = 2y + 4 \\ x - 2y = 2 \:  \:  \:  \:  \: eq2 \\ subtract \: both \: eq \\ y = 22 \\ x - 22 = 24 \\ x = 24 + 22 \\ x = 46
father's age 46 years
son age 22 years

Answer:

Let the sons present Age be x years.

Then, Mans present age will be (x + 24) years.

According to Question :

➳ x + 24 + 2 = 2(x + 2)

➳ x + 26 = 2x + 4

➳ 26 - 4 = 2x - x

➳ x = 22 years

Therefore,the present age of his son is 22 years
