Answer:
Dude ran out of water, wandering out in the desert, got dehydrated, lost, delirious, and died.
Dude was walking in the desert and some hunter mistook him for a big horn sheep. Boom. Sorry, bullets aren’t very understanding about mistakes.
Dude was a hiker, and had a heart attack. Hey, you think they only happen in cities? Nope, could hit you anywhere. Maybe he was exercising for his heart. That doesn’t always work out the way you’d hope.
Dude was walking innocently down a nice dry streambed, which after all is cooler and you don’t have to deal with underbrush, and the ground is softer and flatter. Rainstorm up in the mountains five miles away, waters flowed down, joined together, and boom, out of nowhere, our dude is swept up by a flash flood. Dunno if he drowned (happens a lot) or was just beaten to death by the flow (it’s violent) but either way, he ended up face down dead. Then the water went away and then you found him.
Plenty of things could be. Me, I like the water one, I find drowning in the desert to be… ironic.
One thing didn’t happen, he didn’t accidentally put on a backpack and jump out of a plane. You cannot confuse a backpack with a parachute, they’re nothing alike. And few aircraft have parachutes lying around in case of an accident these days, what’s the last time you saw one?
Answer:
Because the man was thirsty and died because he was thirsty.....we can stay without water.
