A man is running on the straight road with the uniform velocity of 3 m/s . Calculate acceleration produced by him?

The man is accelerating gravitationaly at -9.8 m/s^2 towards the center of the earth: straight down.

There is also a tangential acceleration because the earth is rotating and thus the man is changing direction. The running will add or subtract to this depending on running direction versus earth rotation direction. Note that force of gravity provides the needed centripetal force (and more) to hold the person down to prevent them going in a straight line into space.
