A man is trying to push a large stone for 12 minute but there is no displacement does he work if no then explain why does he get tired

We know that Work = Force × Displacement
If there is no displacement of Stone then
Work = Force × 0
⇒Work = 0 Joule
So even of there is he exerts force . the stone does not move and so despite his efforts to move the stone , he gets tired.

There is no work done as work done = force * displacement
And there is no displacement
He gets tired as he is using up his energy even though there is no displacement in the position of the object
