i do not understand the part this person multiplies 6 and 6 to get 36. that part seem like it came from no where. how did you arrive at the conclusion that the 6 mins rest should be multiplied by 6?

man is walking at a speed of 6 km/hr
and to cover 80 km distance he will rest 79 times
thus total time taken = rest time + journey time
journey time = 80*60/6 Min
= 800 Min
rest time = 6*79 = 474 Min
thus total time = 800+474 = 1274 min
and to cover 80 km distance he will rest 79 times
thus total time taken = rest time + journey time
journey time = 80*60/6 Min
= 800 Min
rest time = 6*79 = 474 Min
thus total time = 800+474 = 1274 min
