A man is walking on the boundary of his square farm whose side is 100 m long. It takes him 6
minutes to complete one round. Find his average speed and average velocity when he has
completed (i) 1/4th round , (ii) ½ round , (iii) 3/4th round.

Average Speed:

v =  \frac{d}{\Delta t}

Total distance walked (square): 400 m

t = 6 min = 360 s

\overline{v} = \frac{400}{360} = 1.11 m/s

v =  \frac{400}{360} = 1.11 m/s
