Time = Distance / speed
= 24/6
= 4 hours
So he run for 4 hours
He climbed 3000 steps at 1/3 steps per second.
Time = 3000 ÷ 1/3
= 3000 × 3
= 9000 seconds
= 9000/3600 hours
= 2.5 hours
So total time taken to cover that distance = 4 + 2.5
= 6.5 hours
