A man left 1,30,000 for his two sons aged 10 years and 16 years with
the direction that the sum should be divided in such a way that the two
sons get the same amount when they attain the age of 18 years. Assuming
the rate of simple interest as 12 12 % p.a., calculate how much the elder
son got in the beginning.​
