A man moves in a circular path from A to B by completing half a circle. The radius of the circle is 7 m. What is the displacement of the man?

Displacement is equal to the distance between initial and final position. so in this case displacement will be equal to 2r, the diameter of the circle.

Distance is equal to the length of actual path traversed by the object. so in this case, displacement will be equal to the half of the circumference i.e. πr.
