⇒ $V_r = V_r,m + V_m$

⇒ $V_r = (-10j) + ( 5i )ms^{-1}$

⇒ $| V_r | = 5\sqrt{5} ms^{-1}$

therefore:

⇒ $tan\theta = \frac{1}{2}$

⇒ $\theta = tan^{-1} \frac{1}{2}$
