Maximum Potential energy :

Potential energy = m g h

Given :

mass = 50 kg

height = 3 m

acceleration due to gravity ( g ) = 10 m/s²

Potential energy = 50 kg × 3 m × 10 m/s²

                            = 150 kg m × 10 m/s²

                            = 1500 kg m²/s²

                            = 1500 J

The body reaches 3 m and that is the maximum height attained by the body.

Hence the potential energy will be maximum here.

ANSWER :

1500 J

Hope it helps !
