mass of man = 50 kg
velocity of man = 18 m/s
mass of Earth = 6 * 10²⁴ kg
Recoil Velocity of Earth = v m/s
We apply the law of conservation of Linear momentum. There is no external force on the man & Earth system.
50 * 18 + 6 * 10²⁴ * v = 0
v = - 1.50 * 10⁻²² m/s
velocity of man = 18 m/s
mass of Earth = 6 * 10²⁴ kg
Recoil Velocity of Earth = v m/s

Heya....
See here for your answer....
============
mass = 50 kg
velocity = 6*10^24 ..
masses of the earth...
6*10^24...
recoil velocity...= v m/s...
We apply law of conservation of linear ...
50*18+6*10^24*V=0
V = -1.50*10^-22 m/s....
